Who can Visit

Approved visitors comprising of family members, relatives and others can visit their loved ones. A maximum of three visitors are allowed per visit session.

Application for Visit

1. For Family Members and Relatives
Please submit Documentary proof (e.g., Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificate) of your relationship with the inmate for your online visit application here. The inmate’s Visit Card Holder (if any) and you, will be notified on the outcome of the visit application via SMS at your declared mobile phone numbers within two weeks.

2. For other visit applicants
If you are not a family member or relative of the inmate or are unable to produce any documentary proof of relationship with the inmate, please submit the Visit Request Application Form using your Singpass account here.

If you are below 21 years old, your parent’s or guardian’s consent is needed. Please submit the consent form here.

For eligible applicants without a Singpass account, please submit your Visit Request Application Form here. This application will be processed within three weeks. The inmate’s Visit Card Holder (if any) and you, will be notified on the outcome of the visit application via SMS at your declared mobile phone numbers.

Visit Card

The inmate will be asked to nominate a next of kin who will be the Visit Card Holder. Non family member/relative may be appointed as the Visit Card Holder if there is no next of kin nominated. The Visit Card Holders will be issued with a Visit Card on the first visit. The Visit Card Holder and other approved visitors of the inmate are required to produce the Visit Card or a copy/photo of the Visit Card for subsequent visits.
