For communicating with inmates through e-letters.

• Note that there is a one-calendar-day processing time after the inmate has accepted your request before you can write an e-letter to the inmate.

• Security screening takes up to 10 days for both outgoing and incoming e-letters. It may take a longer time if additional screening is required.
